What do you charge?

My monthly charges depend on a number of factors such as the amount you spend, how many campaigns you require, whether you require monthly management or not and for how long. So it differs from client to client and is tailored to your budget and requirements. My Google Ads services are affordable and are based on the value you will get from the work I do.

Do you have experience in my industry?

I’ve worked with a wide range of clients in many industries and clients. So it’s very likely that I’ve worked with clients in your industry and you can see the industries I’ve worked in on the homepage. These include clients in automotive, retail, e-commerce, legal and many others in the B2B and B2C sectors.

How much should I spend in my Google Ads campaign?

How much you spend on your campaigns is determined by a number of factors. It will depend on how many sales or leads you want to get each month, for example. It will also depend on the level of competition there is and what the average cost per click will be. So we will need to do some research to come up with a starter budget to achieve your goals. However, some advertisers start with a test budget of like £300 or $300 per month and then scale up as performance improves. Either of these methods works and having worked with large and small advertisers in different industries, I’ll be able to help. Contact me to discuss more.

How soon can you set up my campaign?

It takes about 2-3 working days to set up a new campaign, whether that is Search, Display, Remarketing or Video. However, Shopping campaigns take longer to set up because there are different tools and features to set up. Also, Shopping ads take longer in the initial review when you first set up a feed in Google Merchant Centre. That usually takes up to 3 working days, and in total you can expect the whole set up of a Shopping campaign to take between 7-10 working days.

Do I need to create a new landing page?

Not always. It really depends what pages you currently have on your website at the moment and how well optimised they are. In most cases if there is a landing page already, that can be optimised according to my recommendations. But if we need a new landing page that is relevant to what you want to promote, I will be able to advise on that. And I have a web developer that can help if you need the page created, for a fee.

Are you a Google partner?

Yes I’m a Google partner and I’ve achieved the highest partner status, Google Premier partnership. This is awarded to Google Ads experts that have demonstrated a high performance in optimisation and spend and certifications in the specialisations Search, Display, Video, Apps and Shopping. Do you offer a white label service?

Yes I do offer white labelling for agencies that have clients that want to set up and manage effective PPC campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Contact me to discuss your requirements.

What is your process?

I have a simple process for working with my clients, and you can find out more on my Process page.

Can you help me with Google Ads?

Yes I would be happy to help regardless of the size of your business. However, the help I provide differs from client to client. After doing an initial review of your advertising campaigns as explained in my process, I’ll be able to tell you how I can help or if I can help. It may be that your campaigns are already working at their maximum potential and there is very little that I can do to improve them. I’ll be able to tell you that.

It may also be that I may not be able to help if you are not able to increase your budget to improve performance. In such a case, any work that I do will be unlikely to improve performance. So I’ll be able to explain and advise you on what to do, even if we don’t get to work together.

Do you charge to carry out a review of my campaigns?

No I do not charge to carry out a review of your campaigns and website. This is included in my Process and helps me to create a personalised proposal and quote for you.

Can you send me a proposal and quote?

Yes I would be happy to. First I will need more info from you and if you fill out the Google Ads brief I’ll carry out some research and create a proposal and quote for your business.

What returns can I expect from my Google Ads campaign?

That will be determined by a number of factors. First I’ll carry out some research and I’ll put together a proposal that outlines the goals we will set and what you can expect for metrics like conversion rate, click through rate and others. Does Google Ads work?

Yes, absolutely! Millions of businesses around the world use Google Ads and it is arguably the most effective advertising method both online and offline. Conversion rates can be as high as 50% for some keywords, which is almost impossible with other types of advertising. Do you offer a one-off service?

Yes I do offer a one-off campaign set up or optimisation service. Some clients just want a campaign set up service and then they take over the ongoing management. And some just require a one-off optimisation service or just Google Ads training or audit service. Whatever your requirements, please contact me to discuss.

Do you offer other services besides Google Ads?

Yes I do. However, I only offer these services to clients I’m already helping with their Google Ads campaigns. So if I feel that a client that I’m working with may benefit from a Microsoft Ads campaign, a web redesign, a Facebook Ads campaign or Search Engine Optimisation too, I will send a proposal for that.
