However, Shopping campaigns take longer to set up because there are different tools and features to set up. Also, Shopping ads take longer in the initial review when you first set up a feed in Google Merchant Centre. That usually takes up to 3 working days, and in total you can expect the whole set up of a Shopping campaign to take between 7-10 working days.
